Job Description
We are seeking an Executive Pastry Chef to join our team in Franklin, Tennessee. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of our made-in-store confections, chocolates, fudge, and ice cream.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the production of all made-in-store confections, chocolates, fudge, and ice cream.
- Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective operation of the kitchen.
- Maintain high standards of quality control and consistency in all products.
- Develop and implement recipes and menu items to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the general manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in culinary operations or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
