Job Overview

L3Harris Technologies seeks a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to maintain product quality and ensure process integrity. This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in conducting product reviews, developing test procedures, and formulating qualification test plans.

About the Job

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on engineer who is dedicated to driving quality-centric transformations within our organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day Quality Inspection and Test personnel, reviewing and dispositioning product, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day Quality Inspection and Test personnel
  • Review and disposition product, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards
  • Lead zero defect projects (ZDP), continuous improvement projects, and government qualification test plans (QTP)
  • Effectively communicate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers
  • Perform data analysis, failure analysis, and root cause & corrective action
  • Develop and revise work instructions and test procedures
  • Present results to management, including data-driven business recommendations and solutions

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other relevant field and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a Graduate Degree with 0-2 years of experience or minimum of 6 years of prior related experience is also acceptable.

Salary Range:$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
