Experis Game Solutions is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Video Game Quality Assurance Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for utilizing the resources provided by world-class video game publishers and technology leaders to build an environment that fosters skillful people through challenge and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Author comprehensive test plans and develop staffing plans based on project needs
  • Develop project milestone and test schedule roadmaps
  • Develop mitigation strategies to identified risks with guidance from more experienced leads
  • Facilitate STE-driven initiatives as Lead Sponsor
  • Manage and develop a team of Test Associates and Software Test Engineers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience leading test teams up to 40 people in the video game industry
  • Knowledgeable of advanced testing techniques and methodologies
  • Familiar with data analysis and capable of identifying bug trends and gaps in test coverage
  • Experienced with test case management software
  • Knowledgeable of game development cycle using waterfall or Agile development models
