As a Medical Team Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in the Acute Medical Step-Down unit at Presbyterian Hospital. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.

In this position, you will work under the direction of the Nursing Director and collaborate with the Department RN Manager and RN Assistant Manager as part of the management/leadership team. You will be responsible for directing unit staff in designated service areas and ensuring exceptional patient experiences.

This position offers a competitive salary range of up to $54.00/hour, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include:

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

  • 1 year bedside nursing experience
  • An Associate Degree in Nursing
  • A State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
  • BLS certification required at time of hire
  • ACLS certification
