**Job Responsibilities:**

 

Your duties as a Medical Support Coordinator will include:

  • Coordinating patient care with site providers and staff
  • Facilitating patients' access to community resources
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives
  • Providing patient education and outreach services

 

**Requirements:**

 

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Completion of medical assistant training or comparable clinical experience
  • Direct work experience in a healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and patient intake procedures
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills (highly preferred)

 

**Salary:** $48,250 per year
