Bilingual HR Coordinator Assistant

The company Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and organized Bilingual HR Coordinator to join their team in Tampa, Florida. As a key member of the HR team, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating onboarding processes for field personnel, conducting background checks and drug screens, assigning and tracking employee training, maintaining employee records, and providing support to the HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain digital personnel records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate the onboarding process from start to finish, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
- Monitor and assess the progress of new hires to ensure satisfactory integration into the team.
- Process background checks, drug tests, and MVRs as required.
- Liaise with other departments to provide necessary support and resources to new hires and hiring managers.
Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in using HRIS systems and other HR-related software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
Work Environment:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on a computer are expected. The ability to lift up to 15 pounds may be required occasionally.
