Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team at AMZ Title LLC.

This is a full-time position that requires exceptional customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and retrieve voice messages using a multi-line phone system.
  • Provide quality customer service to all customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Review residential real estate contracts and documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and employee information.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of experience in the Title Insurance industry preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn software applications.
  • Experience with title production software Closers Choice and Qualia a plus.
  • Background check will be conducted.

Benefits:

  • Salary based on experience: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
  • Bonus/Commission for clients brought in.
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities.

Work Environment:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
