Bilingual Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team at AMZ Title LLC.
This is a full-time position that requires exceptional customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and retrieve voice messages using a multi-line phone system.
- Provide quality customer service to all customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Review residential real estate contracts and documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and employee information.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of experience in the Title Insurance industry preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn software applications.
- Experience with title production software Closers Choice and Qualia a plus.
- Background check will be conducted.
Benefits:
- Salary based on experience: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
- Bonus/Commission for clients brought in.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities.
Work Environment:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
