Dining Room Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Room Supervisor to join our team at Thompson Hospitality. As a Dining Room Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining room, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the dining room staff to ensure efficient service and high-quality food presentation.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and timely food delivery.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and safe dining environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Conduct regular inventory and supply checks to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our dining services and increase revenue.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
