Peraton is looking for an AV/VTC Technician to provide support for the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC). This role is essential for delivering Operations and Maintenance services that ensure the functionality of Network Operations, systems, and network infrastructure for various Special Operations Commands.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain VTC equipment effectively.
- Organize and manage multiple VTC sessions.
- Offer support for VTCs involving high-profile attendees.
- Advise on enhancements to VTC systems.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and deliver training on VTC equipment usage.
- Some roles may necessitate a flexible work schedule.
- High School diploma with specialized training.
- At least 3 years of experience in supporting VTCs within a Government setting.
- Ability to adhere to procedures in high-pressure situations.
- Strong communication skills and the capability to collaborate with professionals.
- Mandatory certifications: DoDD IAT II, DoD TS clearance.
