About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team in the West Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients in the Financial Services Industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, acquire, and develop new business opportunities with clients in the Financial Services Industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-Suite executives and other key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements
  • Experience in solution selling to Financial Services clients.
  • Ability to drive an end-to-end sales process from origination to close.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish strong relationships.
  • Proven ability to use customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on overcoming obstacles and driving business growth.
