Position Overview:
  • Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on relevant accounting experience

Primary Duties:
  • Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice validation, data entry, and payment execution.
  • Ensure precise documentation of all accounts payable transactions and facilitate timely vendor payments.
  • Reconcile accounts payable records and vendor statements, addressing any discrepancies that arise.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
  • Engage with vendors and internal teams to resolve inquiries and issues effectively.
  • Assist in generating reports and documentation required for audits.

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree in accounting or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in an Accounts Payable Clerk role or a similar accounting position.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication abilities and problem-solving skills.
