Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Host who excels in customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, seating them appropriately, and ensuring they have a memorable dining experience. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be essential in managing multiple tasks efficiently while supporting the restaurant team and enhancing guest satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and escort them to their tables or waiting areas

  • Assign tables based on guest needs and server rotation
  • Facilitate smooth transitions between guests and service staff
  • Monitor guest flow and provide accurate wait times
  • Handle cash register transactions for food and beverages

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in restaurant hosting or serving is preferred
  • Friendly demeanor with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
