Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Program Coordinator to support the college's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to faculty, staff, and students in program-related areas.
- Develop and maintain program schedules, including coordination with faculty and staff.
- Assist with data entry, data validation, and data cleanup using PeopleSoft.
- Manage program Google Sites and department web pages, including backup and maintenance.
- Perform purchasing, budget tracking, and reconciliation for programs.
- Support projects, budget process, front office coverage, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Intermediate skills with Google Applications and Microsoft Office.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $40,512 - $53,964 annually.
