As a Service Valet, you play a crucial role at Norm Reeves Genesis, Irvine. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a remarkable service experience for our customers while meticulously caring for their vehicles. Your friendly demeanor and meticulous attention to detail are essential in fostering customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome all customers entering the service area with a warm and positive attitude, addressing their inquiries and guiding them to the appropriate personnel or location.
  • Manage service traffic flow and parking effectively.
  • Verify if customers arriving for service have scheduled appointments.
  • Document customer details including name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and any existing vehicle damage.
  • Assist service advisors as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and safe service drive area, ensuring it is free from debris, water, leaves, snow, etc.
  • Place protective coverings in each vehicle's interior.
  • Label keys and place identification tags in all vehicles.
  • Relocate vehicles to designated parking areas, ensuring all windows are closed and vehicles are locked.
  • Follow all customer service protocols diligently.
  • Retrieve customers' vehicles as directed.
  • Ensure vehicles are clean and free of dirt and grease post-service.
  • Guide vehicles through the car wash.
  • Perform light lifting duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • Availability for full-time work; candidates must be at least 18 years old.
  • A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Experience operating various types of vehicles; familiarity with manual transmission is a plus.
  • Strong commitment to safety practices.
  • High level of accountability.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • A keen eye for detail and presentation.
