KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Executes assigned tasks with efficiency, precision, and excellence in line with dealership and manufacturer standards.

2. Maintains a high level of proficiency in vehicle servicing and repairs.

3. Completes all tasks safely, adhering to federal, state, manufacturer, and Company safety protocols.

4. Reports any damaged or unsafe tools or equipment to management.

5. Operates vehicles on predetermined demonstration routes safely.

6. Conducts thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any defects, imperfections, or damages, both externally and internally.

7. Complies with all applicable state, federal, and Department of Motor Vehicle regulations, while following Company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, as well as established industry guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in an automotive dealership setting
  • Strong knowledge of service operations
  • Experience levels may vary by position
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Manual dexterity, requiring steady hands and excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Positive and friendly demeanor with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Collaborative team player with effective communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies, repair methods, and specifications
  • Capability to operate electronic diagnostic tools
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug screening and background checks
