Position Overview:
As a Nutritional Services Support Specialist, you will assist in delivering nutritious and appealing meals to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing menu items, snacks, and supplements in accordance with dietary guidelines and regulations.
- Maintaining cleanliness in dining and kitchen areas, including washing and restocking dishes and equipment.
- Ensuring a pleasant dining atmosphere for residents while respecting their privacy and dignity.
- Documenting food intake and reporting any changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate staff.
- Operating kitchen equipment safely and following infection control procedures.
Qualifications:
Prior experience is not mandatory for this role. Candidates should possess:
- The ability to measure and understand basic quantities.
- Effective communication skills.
