Position Overview:
As a Private Client Manager, you will play a vital role in a thriving organization that offers pathways for career development while catering to a lucrative market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate clients' financial circumstances by collecting information on investments, asset distribution, savings, tax strategies, retirement plans, and estate management, while assessing risk tolerance.
  • Analyze clients' wealth sources, business growth, lending requirements, and innovative financing solutions to enhance their financial portfolio.
  • Focus on attracting High Net Worth clients and securing cash deposits, establishing East West Bank as their primary financial institution.
  • Promote services through client referrals, networking at community events, responding to inquiries, developing marketing initiatives, and conducting financial planning seminars.
  • Formulate financial strategies by assisting clients in setting financial objectives and aligning those goals with tailored financial plans.
  • Secure clients' commitment by clearly explaining proposed financial strategies, discussing benefits and risks, addressing concerns, and answering queries.
  • Monitor clients' financial health by tracking changes in wealth and personal circumstances, analyzing financial plan outcomes, identifying new strategies, and recommending adjustments to goals and plans.
  • Provide financial management insights by preparing comprehensive financial status reports and analyses.
  • Enhance professional knowledge by staying updated on financial markets, economic trends, and new financial products, participating in educational opportunities, and engaging with professional networks.
  • Contribute to organizational objectives by taking ownership of new and diverse requests and exploring ways to add value to job responsibilities.
  • Licensure may be required for the sale of financial products such as insurance, stocks, and bonds.
  • Willingness to travel or work flexible hours to meet clients at their locations may be necessary.
  • Opportunity to conduct financial planning workshops or seminars to engage potential clients.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in finance, accounting, business, or management.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in Financial Planning, Consulting, Financial Strategy, and Analysis, along with managerial experience.
  • Travel between branches or for client meetings is required.
  • Possession of FINRA Series 7, 66 licenses, and life and health licenses is necessary. Candidates without these licenses may receive an offer contingent upon passing the required exams within 90 days.
  • Proficiency in financial software is essential.
  • Experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Diagnosis, and Financial Operations is advantageous.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is USD $90,000.00/Yr. - USD $158,000.00/Yr. Specific offers will be determined based on relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
