**Key Responsibilities:**
- Drive deposit and investment growth in assigned markets by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify growth opportunities for clients and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Participate in meetings to introduce new financial products, sales strategies, and priorities to clients.
- Analyze clients' financial situations and recommend suitable investment solutions to help them achieve their financial objectives.
- Monitor changes in clients' wealth and circumstances to adjust financial plans and provide ongoing support.
- Stay up-to-date on industry news, financial products, and regulations to provide expert advice to clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients and tailor services to individual needs to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support the team and achieve business objectives.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in financial planning or consulting.
- Required financial licenses and registrations (L&H, FINRA Series 7 and 66).
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
