Preston Automotive Group is enhancing its dynamic Customer Care Call Center. If you have a passion for assisting individuals and enjoy phone interactions, we are seeking dedicated Customer Care Center Representatives who will deliver outstanding communication to our clientele.
Responsibilities and Duties
As a Customer Care Center Representative, your role will involve making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from current, past, and potential customers to arrange service appointments. You will also be responsible for directing customers to the appropriate dealership for sales, service, parts, and financing inquiries. While automotive experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Comprehensive training and continuous support will be provided.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
- Friendly, engaging, and professional phone demeanor - must be able to convey positivity over the phone.
- Experience in call centers, collections, customer service, and/or marketing is preferred.
- Team-oriented with a positive outlook.
- Proficient in PC and internet usage.
- No hesitation in making outbound calls.
- Eager to learn continuously and motivated to meet daily goals.
Full-time hours; availability for rotating shifts, including evenings and alternating Saturdays is required.
