About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Coordinator to join our team at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a key member of our hospital team, you will be responsible for communicating financial updates to clients and creating treatment plans.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Entering all services into the hospital information system (client invoice)
  • Preparing updated financial treatment plans and reviewing the financial portion of the doctor's recommendations with clients
  • Calculating and collecting additional deposits as necessary
  • Assisting Client Care Specialists with processing payment balances due on check out
  • Being a point person for insurance claim submission and applications for 3rd party lenders (care credit, etc)
  • Involvement in the Accounts Receivable process

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare setting (veterinary experience preferred but not required)
  • Minimum of 1 year accounting experience
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Commitment to develop long-term relationships with colleagues, clients, and community
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Advocate for patient care
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
