About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Retail Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Global Channel Management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail maintenance, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar environment. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field is also required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for actively managing daily Work Order volume, communicating with Store Maintenance and Brand Leadership partners as needed, and analyzing data to identify trends and cost drivers. They will also be expected to create and review system-generated service partner reports, assess vendor performance, and provide feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily Work Order volume and communicate with Store Maintenance and Brand Leadership partners
  • Analyze data to identify trends and cost drivers
  • Create and review system-generated service partner reports
  • Assess vendor performance and provide feedback
  • Continuously look for opportunities to optimize vendor responsiveness, reduce repair/replacement time, and overall costs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of facilities repairs and maintenance in a complex retail environment
  • Experience using ServiceChannel
