Role Highlights:
As a Community Programs Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative assistance for the creation and execution of library outreach and service initiatives throughout the year. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating contracts and managing long-term program logistics.
- Facilitating communication with regional Librarian teams.
- Tracking external vendor and performer contracts.
- Assisting with budget monitoring and reporting.
- Proofreading promotional materials for accuracy.
