Role Highlights:

As a Community Programs Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative assistance for the creation and execution of library outreach and service initiatives throughout the year. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating contracts and managing long-term program logistics.
  • Facilitating communication with regional Librarian teams.
  • Tracking external vendor and performer contracts.

  • Proofreading promotional materials for accuracy.
  • Documenting notes during ongoing system meetings.

Your contributions will be essential in supporting library staff to deliver high-quality programs and services to the community. You will ensure timely communication regarding contracts, invoices, and other essential information to Librarians and program presenters.

Qualifications:
