Job Title: Associate Creative Director - Design Contract

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Creative Director to lead our creative team in developing innovative marketing campaigns. As a key member of our Creative Marketing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative direction, ensuring brand consistency, and driving innovation across all marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Leadership: Provide creative direction and guidance to the creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Creative Development: Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and video.
  • Brand Guardianship: Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of six creatives, providing feedback, guidance, and support to foster their professional growth and development.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Content, to align creative strategies with business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role within a marketing or advertising agency, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
  • Creative Excellence: Strong conceptual thinking and exceptional design skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
  • Leadership & Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, organize, and inspire a creative team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into creative solutions that resonate with our target audience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and present creative ideas and concepts.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Figma, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), and other relevant design and project management tools.
