Dental Assistant/Dental Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Assistant/Dental Office Coordinator to join our team at All Care Dental. As a key member of our dental practice, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Preparation: Assist with preparing patients for dental procedures, ensuring they are comfortable and informed throughout the process.
- Infection Control: Maintain a clean and sterile environment by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up instrument trays, and preparing materials for dental procedures.
- Medical and Dental Emergencies: Assist dentists in managing medical and dental emergencies as needed, providing a safe and supportive environment for patients.
- Dental Hygiene Support: Assist dental hygienists with procedures, ensuring patients receive the highest level of care.
- Patient Care: Provide exceptional patient care, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Clinical Experience: At least one year of clinical experience as a Dental Assistant.
- Qualifications: Friendly and knowledgeable, with certification or associate degree in an accredited dental assisting program, dental x-ray certification, and high school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Experience using computers for various tasks, including insurance verification, patient coordination, and treatment planning.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, dentists, and other healthcare professionals.
