Key Responsibilities:
As an Electrical Project Manager, you will:

  • Provide Leadership: Work under the guidance of senior management to meet key objectives and manage project teams effectively. Ensure quality assurance by reviewing staff outputs.
  • Client Engagement: Actively promote the firm's services to attract new clients and strengthen existing relationships. Serve as the primary contact for client communications.
  • Project Execution: Design intricate electrical systems in compliance with current codes and engineering standards. Develop project scopes, budgets, and cost estimates.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and oversee the creation of designs, specifications, plans, and reports. Manage job cost sheets and monthly billing processes.
  • Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients to address project inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Technical Support: Provide assistance in resolving design challenges, conduct field investigations, and ensure compliance with engineering principles.
  • Project Management: Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to timelines. Attend design meetings and coordinate with various stakeholders.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least eight years of relevant experience in electrical design across various sectors.
  • A minimum of three years in a project management role.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
  • Preferred certifications include EIT, LEED accreditation, and a Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Work Environment:
This position primarily operates in an office setting, with occasional site visits required. Candidates should be prepared for a range of physical demands associated with project oversight.
