Job Summary

The Electrical Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day processing of electrical repairs, updates, and new installations for the entire plant. This role requires coordination with electricians, the Maintenance Analyst, and the parts department to ensure efficient and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain procedure manuals and document daily repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, including NEC, MSHA, and TNRCC.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance projects to minimize downtime.
  • Assist the maintenance department as needed.
  • Work between the plant and quarry as required.
  • Comply with company safety rules and regulations, wearing proper safety equipment at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Computer literacy and ability to use existing systems, with experience in SAP a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to read and understand English sufficiently to comprehend technical information.

Working Conditions

  • Continuous exposure to extreme temperatures, noise, and working outdoors.
  • Must wear protective equipment at all times.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and work as a team member or individually.

Physical Requirements

  • Long periods of standing and/or walking required.
  • Some exposure to dust, noise, and extreme temperatures.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
