Your Role at SafelyYou

This remote opportunity as Implementation Manager is perfect for someone with strong project management skills, customer service, and a passion for making a difference in healthcare. You'll lead the rollout of our technology to an expanding portfolio of healthcare clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, aligning solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Effective communication is key, as you'll work closely with various stakeholders to deliver results on time, within budget, and meeting technical requirements.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including clinical success, account management, AI, engineering, marketing, and finance, ensures customer needs are met throughout the implementation process.
Responsibilities

As Implementation Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading virtual and onsite tours to understand technical requirements for project planning and execution.
  • Coordinating weekly status calls and providing technical platform support.
  • Maintaining high levels of communication and empathy with customers, residents, and installation teams to drive projects forward and ensure a positive impact.
  • Training installation vendors on expectations and reviewing completed work to meet quality requirements.
  • Providing remote support during equipment implementation and post-implementation troubleshooting as needed.
The Ideal Candidate

We're seeking a highly skilled professional with 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a startup environment. Strong organizational skills, technical troubleshooting abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Able to identify inefficient processes and implement improvements, you'll also be experienced in implementing technology in environments requiring networking knowledge and architecting solutions for diverse customers.
