Job Title: Associate Facilities Project Manager

As an Associate Facilities Project Manager, you'll play a critical role in designing and managing programs, projects, and systems that support our facility services and physical plant assets across the nation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and test implementation strategies for property maintenance and capital assets.
  • Collaborate with vendors and consultants to identify efficiencies in the execution of nationwide roll-out initiatives.
  • Establish program budgets and strategies for the end-to-end implementation of new technologies, equipment, innovation, and solutions that improve facility services support of operational efficiencies, sustainability, customer experience, and shareholder value.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, construction, engineering, or an accredited education, training, or an equivalent combination of 3-4 years education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of project management discipline with emphasis in facility or construction trades.
  • Highly proficient in current business software applications, with experience in project management software and computerized maintenance platforms a plus.
