Job Summary

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure optimal plant performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair production equipment in assigned areas, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with production management and maintenance colleagues to ensure seamless equipment operation and minimize downtime.
  • Complete work orders accurately and document all relevant information.
  • Perform technical maintenance tasks under close supervision and provide necessary information for parts inventory management.
  • Identify process improvements and work with production operators to implement changes.
  • Adhere to safe work practices, follow GMP and HACCP guidelines, and maintain sanitary conditions to ensure SQF certification.
Requirements
  • One-year certificate from college or technical school or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Certification, Driver's license, and ability to obtain HazMat, Confined Space Entry, and LOTO certifications.
  • Strong written and verbal skills, mathematical and analytical skills, and ability to work independently.
