Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and file patent applications with the USPTO and international patent offices.
  • Strategically manage and develop patent portfolios for clients, ensuring robust intellectual property protection.
  • Conduct thorough patent searches and analyses regarding patentability, freedom-to-operate, and infringement concerns.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and provide strategic intellectual property guidance.

Qualifications:

  • Registered to practice before the USPTO.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in patent law, with an emphasis on prosecution.
  • Strong analytical and legal research capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
