  • Interviewing and hiring FOH team members to build a cohesive and talented staff.
  • Managing reservations and guest communications with a focus on excellence.
  • Leading and training a FOH team to maintain and elevate service standards.
  • Engaging with guests to ensure their experience exceeds expectations.
  • Acting as the link between FOH and BOH to ensure smooth operations and team harmony.
