Job Summary:

The Fine Dining Hospitality Associate plays a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. This associate will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, delivering items to the dining room, and ensuring a safe and clean environment for our guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prompts Guest Greeting: Greet guests warmly and promptly in the dining room.
  • Takes Food Orders: Take food and beverage orders efficiently, following established steps of service.
  • Delivers Food and Beverages: Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally, maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards.
  • Provides Excellent Service: Communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure that orders are delivered correctly and special requests are accommodated.
  • Collects Tickets and Follows Cash-Handling Procedures: Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
  • Maintains a Clean Environment: Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests.
  • Exhibits Sensitivity and Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information shared by guests.
