Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Burn Quality Coordinator to join our team at Doctors Hospital of Augusta. As a key member of our quality improvement team, you will be responsible for auditing and collecting data to ensure regulatory compliance and quality care standards for all of Burn Services and pediatrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit and collect data to ensure regulatory compliance and quality care standards for all of Burn Services and pediatrics.
  • Work closely with the TRACS coordinator to compile data for Burn Committee and Peer review.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents for ABA/ACS Verification.
  • Follow-up on adverse event reports for NEIRB for CEA.
Requirements:
  • Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing: Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher is required; BSN preferred.
  • Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state which you practice and/or hold an active Compact/Multi-State RN license.
  • A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider is required.
  • Minimum of five years experience in hospital acute care setting required; medical/surgical/critical care experience preferred.
