About the Role

The National Basketball Association (NBA) is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team and support our mission of empowering NBA teams to build outstanding digital experiences through their team sites. As a key member of our product team, you will work closely with our Product Lead to define strategy, drive organizational alignment, and ensure the successful launch and measured impact of feature sets and initiatives for NBA Team Sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with the NBA's business goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of NBA teams and fans
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, including prioritizing features and initiatives based on business needs and stakeholder input
  • Work closely with the Product Lead to manage the Team Site Customer Portal, evaluating, planning, and executing team-specific requests

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of innovating, managing, and supporting digital products
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, including Agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Experience working with analytics and measurement software tools, coupled with strong data analysis skills

Salary Range

$135,000 - $160,000
