About the Role

The Senior Quality Assurance Manager will lead the quality management team in driving continuous improvement in both internal process quality and finished goods product quality in the end-to-end manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and experience in managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with ISO/TL9000 standards.
  • Lead site-wide internal audits and provide support for root cause investigation and corrective action responses.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and supply chain management to integrate quality initiatives throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Manage and drive workmanship-induced quality failure reduction measures.
  • Ensure efficient and effective processes and tools are established for compliance with ISO/TL9000 standard requirements.
  • Exchange knowledge and information with other ZT sites as lessons learned to ensure best practices are shared and standardized throughout the company.
  • Serve as day-to-day guidance and escalation point for the Manufacturing Quality Engineering, Incoming Quality Control IQC, In Process Quality Control IPQC, and Final Quality Control FQC teams.
  • Mitigate quality issues that impact the customer and internal operations.
  • Drive quality improvements including overseeing factory, supplier, and customer quality excursions.
  • Strive to build a continuous improvement mentality to develop and ensure a data-driven proactive quality culture.
