At Aviation Instruments Repair Specialists, we are seeking a skilled Aircraft Instruments Repair Specialist to join our team in South Florida.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for overtime and comes with a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience working at the component level with instruments, electrical and mechanical accessories, and avionics. They should be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

We offer a range of benefits including medical, dental, and 401K plans. The position requires proof of citizenship, residence, and work permit.

The shop is conveniently located near major freeways, making it easy to get around. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday, and we conduct regular DOT drug screenings.

As an Aircraft Instruments Repair Specialist, you will work as part of a team under technical management guidance. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Inspecting, testing, and repairing instruments, electrical and mechanical accessories, and avionics

- Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on aircraft instruments and equipment

- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results

- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of work completed
