Job Summary
The Air National Guard Units seeks a skilled Electronics Systems Maintenance Specialist to join their team. As an integral member of the 122nd Fighter Wing, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing complex electronic systems.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with expertise in electronics systems maintenance. In this role, you will plan and execute maintenance activities, ensuring the optimal performance of our aircraft and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and complete assigned maintenance tasks to ensure aircraft and equipment readiness.
- Provide recommendations to supervisors regarding personnel actions, such as performance appraisals and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of maintenance activities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- At least 24 months of experience working as an Electronic Integrated Systems Mechanic.
- A validated understanding of the basic principles and concepts of the occupational series and grade.
- Specialized knowledge and skills in planning, accomplishing, and maintaining a functional shop maintenance program.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is approximately $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
