Job Overview

The Family Support Emergency Repair and Replacement (ERR) program at Brightpoint seeks a skilled professional to coordinate the delivery of emergency repair and replacement services. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders.


Responsibilities
  • Determine final eligibility and enroll families in the ERR program, ensuring compliance with program operations, regulations, and standards.
  • Assess homes' heating systems for repair or replacement eligibility and develop job specifications and cost estimates.
  • Communicate work plans with clients, assign and direct subcontractors, and perform quality control inspections of completed work.
  • Provide energy savings education to clients and ensure compliance with reporting requirements for all assigned programs.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma required; consideration given to candidates with minimum two years demonstrated experience or education in a field related to weatherization, construction technology, or heating systems.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, along with strong mathematics aptitude.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, self-motivated, attentive to detail, organized, productive, flexible, and dependable.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and relate well with diverse personalities from various socio-economic backgrounds.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and have a high comfort level with public interaction.
  • Maintain a valid Indiana driver's license and minimum auto insurance liability limits of $100,000/$300,000 when driving for Brightpoint.
  • Working knowledge of standard office procedures and routines and ability to apply such knowledge to various interrelated processes, tasks, and operations.

Salary Range

$46,000 + depending on experience.
