Position Overview:

The Finance Administration Associate will collaborate closely with the System Chief Financial Officer to enhance the effectiveness and success of the Finance Departments within Keck Medicine of USC. This role involves working with leadership to advance strategic business objectives, spearhead process enhancement initiatives, and manage internal operations. The ideal candidate will possess robust leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver essential leadership assistance to the System Chief Financial Officer
  • Provide insights and recommendations for significant business choices
  • Oversee cross-departmental projects and initiatives
  • Partner with executive leadership to promote organization-wide strategies
  • Evaluate performance metrics and suggest areas for enhancement
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and management
  • Assist the CFO during board meetings and presentations
Qualifications Required:
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Experience in healthcare finance and strategic program implementation
  • Strong skills in project management and performance enhancement
  • Proficient in people leadership and change management
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in Process Improvement and Project Management
  • Certifications such as Six Sigma and PMP are advantageous

The annual base salary for this role is competitive and will be established based on various factors.
