About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Certified Medication Aide to join our team at Buckner Retirement Services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the implementation of individualized care plans for residents.
Administer medications to residents according to prescribed schedules and protocols.
Document all medication administrations and reactions in accordance with state regulations and Buckner standards.
Observe and report any adverse reactions or side effects to the charge nurse.

Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) or equivalent experience.
Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a long-term care or assisted living environment.
Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions, as well as maintain confidentiality and adhere to patient rights and regulatory requirements.
Proficient ability to speak, read, and write English.
