Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our team at Willis Towers Watson. As a key member of our Executive Compensation & Board Advisory practice, you will work closely with top consultants to develop cutting-edge technical knowledge and skills, while gaining experience working with a variety of clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with consultants and clients to design strategies and rewards programs to attract, retain, and reward executive talent.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking analyses of compensation levels, program design, and other rewards practices utilizing WTW data, tools, and processes.
  • Model pay structures and conduct financial impact analyses of alternative designs.
  • Develop, analyze, and calibrate executive incentive plan designs that support companies' business strategies.
  • Draft reports and exhibits presenting the team's analytical work to client audiences.
  • Perform industry and financial research, staying up-to-date on legal, regulatory, and legislative trends related to corporate governance and compensation.
  • Contribute to sales and marketing efforts by assisting with proposals and other client-specific business development initiatives.
  • Contribute to the external visibility of WTW's brand through intellectual capital generation, drafting articles, and other contributions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, or a related field with significant quantitative coursework.
  • 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Passion for solving problems and sharing solutions to exceed client expectations.
  • Strong financial literacy is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a close team environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.

What We Offer:

Competitive base salary range of $80,000-110,000 USD per year, plus an annual short-term incentive bonus.
