Position Overview

We are seeking a Construction Project Lead in the South Shore, MA area to join our team. United Property Restoration Services is committed to our CARE AT WORK philosophy, providing our customers the expertise needed to recover and rebuild their property. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for leadership and problem-solving and a positive demeanor that aligns with our valued company culture.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and finalize restoration/construction projects according to a defined scope of work and within the allotted budget.
  • Define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout the entire rebuilding process.
  • Provide daily oversight of in-house skilled craftsmen as well as our network of subcontractors.
  • Proactively communicate potential issues with suggested resolutions or corrective action.
  • Serve as the primary contact with our customers, leading and coordinating weekly updates to address any concerns they may have.
  • Utilize project management software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records regarding job status.
  • Stay engaged with our support staff and estimating teams.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 10 years of construction management experience.
  • Xactimate proficiency.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Must possess CSL certification.
