Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on business process improvement
- Strong understanding of business process flows and ability to lead discussions
- Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Six Sigma knowledge and experience
- Experience with Wealth Management, Brokerage Operations, and Trading
- Experience with Salesforce
