We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Security Officer to join our team at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc.
Job Summary:The Customer Service Security Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises. This role requires a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their employees, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of clients and their property.
- Monitor and report any security incidents or suspicious activity to management.
- Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment for clients and their employees.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or security-related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
