Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in maintaining a patient-centered focus and supporting the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Perform clinical and administrative duties as a Medical Assistant and Patient Services Associate.
  • Support the practice by performing tasks such as patient registration, scheduling appointments, and handling patient requests.
  • Assist with minor surgical procedures, EKGs, and other outpatient screening tests as needed.
  • Document patient information accurately and efficiently in our electronic medical record system.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required.
  • CMA or RMA certification required.
  • MA certification required within 90 days of hire.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of medical office experience or relevant customer service experience required.
