OBJECTIVES
- Conduct research, develop, and present an exceptional 10X360 Platform Review that outlines a decade-long growth strategy for assigned clients.
- Establish KPIs and revenue-generating goals for clients that align with their strategic business initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Finance Managers, to create a comprehensive 10X360 Platform Review.
- Lead all client communications throughout the Platform Review process and act as the primary contact for client inquiries.
- Guide clients through a six-month journey to transform their perspectives on overarching business strategies.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all matters concerning assigned clients.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions tailored to client needs and objectives by identifying areas for improvement to achieve business growth.
- Prepare and present regular updates on each client's status and progress to the Leadership Team.
- Document current and future expansion strategies for clients to support their scaling efforts.
- Capture essential client metrics (e.g., financial data, customer insights, employee statistics, and sales figures).
- Engage with clients at in-person events during the execution of their 10X360 Platform Review.
- Identify and address any challenges faced by clients in a professional manner.
- Ensure a high level of client engagement and retention by fostering a robust business relationship as their trusted advisor.
COMPETENCIES
- Proven experience utilizing established business frameworks (e.g., SWOT analysis).
- Strong financial acumen (i.e., in-depth understanding of profit and loss statements).
- Knowledge of business development, risk assessment, and cost management.
- Ability to conduct effective competitor analysis to help clients explore untapped opportunities.
- Understanding of critical key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for performance measurement.
- Capability to keep other Platform Review Managers on schedule to ensure timely delivery.
- Comfortable with consistent follow-ups with clients who may miss calls to reschedule promptly.
- Ability to ensure clients provide all necessary and accurate data for analysis during all Marketing, Finance, and Operational discussions.
- Capacity to manage a higher volume of calls than other Platform Managers and handle extensive administrative tasks by documenting all information accurately.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business consulting or management, directly engaging with clients.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- This position may require occasional travel.
