About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Texas Instruments. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our senior managers and global teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange domestic and international travel for our organization, ensuring seamless coordination and timely execution.
  • Coordinate hotel and ground transportation for travelers from international sites to the US, guaranteeing a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Maintain senior managers' calendars and expense statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan worldwide meetings and employee celebrations, showcasing our company culture and values.
  • Provide support for office supplies, phones, and setup for new employees, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Maintain our SharePoint sites, ensuring up-to-date information and efficient access.
  • Set up and maintain employee mailing lists and mail folders, guaranteeing timely communication.
  • Build and maintain organizational charts for our worldwide organization, showcasing our structure and hierarchy.
  • Maintain office spaces, including offices and cubicles, ensuring a comfortable and productive work environment.
  • Order recognition awards for our organization, celebrating employee achievements and milestones.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of administrative experience, including 2 years supporting senior managers with global teams.
  • Expertise in productivity software tools, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), SharePoint, and SAP.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree or higher.
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly ramp up on new systems and processes.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions.
  • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results.
  • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery.
