We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our team at Shive-Hattery Group. As a Creative Architect, you will be responsible for designing and detailing projects in Revit, working closely with our team of design professionals to deliver high-quality results to our clients in the gaming and hospitality industries.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have 10-15 years of experience working on gaming or hospitality projects, with a strong understanding of building systems, construction documentation, and associated technology. You will be responsible for leading design teams, attending project and client meetings, and developing technical/design solutions. You will also be expected to design and detail projects in Revit, working closely with our team of design professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design teams and participate in design discussions, idea generation, collaboration, and design work in drawing, modeling, and 3D image formats
  • Direct and coordinate the design process and technical documents, working closely with non-licensed and other professionals
  • Design and detail projects in Revit, ensuring high-quality results
  • Attend project and client meetings, working closely with design professionals to deliver successful projects
  • Develop technical/design solutions, working closely with our team of design professionals
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of an accredited professional degree program with a bachelor's degree or master's degree in architecture, or equivalent education and experience
  • Experience: 10-15 years working on gaming or hospitality projects, with a strong understanding of building systems, construction documentation, and associated technology
  • License/Certification: Registered Architect is a requirement; NCARB certification is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to clients and stakeholders
Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive total compensation package, including benefits, bonuses, and professional development opportunities.
