IT Manager

Bathing Brands Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our technology strategy, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, and providing exceptional support to our employees.

• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data.
• Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
• Provide technical support and training to employees to ensure they have the necessary skills to use our IT systems effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that meet our business needs.
• Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
• Develop and manage IT budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of technology.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to ensure our organization remains competitive.

• 5+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
• Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
• Experience with IT project management and budgeting.
