Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our newest senior living community in Laguna Niguel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the community, ensuring the highest level of care and services are provided to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the community, including staff management, budgeting, and marketing.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the regional team to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and external partners.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as an Executive Director in a senior living community.
- Excellent knowledge of state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Proven track record of success in staff management, budgeting, and marketing.
